• b. Identification & Government-Issued Data: Passport details, IDs, Visa/immigration records, Work permits.
• c. Employment & Career Information: CV, employment history, skills, certifications, job performance records, career progression data.
• d. Educational Information: Academic background, degrees, diplomas, licenses.
• e. System-Generated & Digital Data: AI-generated CVs/profiles, platform usage logs, digital identifiers.
• f. Sensitive Personal Information: Government identifiers and other sensitive info under RA 10173.

4. Purpose of Data Collection and Processing

I expressly consent to the processing of my personal data for the following legitimate business purposes:

1. Creation, management, and maintenance of my Career Card profile
2. AI-assisted CV creation, enhancement, verification, and career assessment
3. Job matching, recruitment, and employment placement (local and overseas)
4. Verification of employment history, credentials, and work performance
5. Visa, immigration, payroll, benefits, pension, and HR administration support
6. Sharing of verified career records with potential employers and partners
7. Compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
8. Improvement of AI HR systems, analytics, and service quality (anonymized/aggregated)

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

I understand and agree that my personal data may be shared with the following parties, strictly for the purposes stated above:

• Prospective and current employers (local and overseas)
• Recruitment partners and licensed agencies
• Government authorities and regulatory bodies, when required by law
• Technology partners, cloud service providers, and AI service operators
• Affiliates, subsidiaries, and business partners of the Career Card operator

All data sharing shall be subject to appropriate data protection safeguards, confidentiality obligations, and compliance with applicable data privacy laws.

6. Cross-Border Data Transfer

I acknowledge and consent that my personal data may be transferred, stored, or processed outside the Philippines. Such transfers shall be conducted in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
